We will do all we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible. However, you as a customer have the right to cancel purchase at a substantial delivery delay.
There may be situations that make it impossible for us to complete an order, for example, if our suppliers can not fulfill their commitments to us. Badkidds reserves the right to waive compensation from customers in such situations or at the time of delivery. Important! In rare cases the mail will delete letters and packages. Return & Exchange Policy

NGHTBRD applies the Distance Contract Act. This means that you as a customer are entitled to 14 days' right of return, without special reason.
The goods must be returned in unchanged condition and in original packaging. NGHTBRD reserves the right to charge a customer if anything is missing, for example , operating instructions. The customer is responsible for return costs. Returns sent by mail will not be redeemed. Contact us before returning the product. As soon as we have received the goods, your money will be refunded.
NGHTBRD applies the Consumer Buying Act on complaints. Therefore, we undertake to replace wrong or broken products at no additional cost. Keep in mind not to unpack packages with visible errors that may have affected the condition of the item you ordered. Do in that case a complaint to the Post directly at the place of delivery and ask them to return the package to NGHTBRD / Dark Matter Productions, Sockerbruket 7, 414 51, Gothenburg SWEDEN and write the reason for the return on the package. Then email info@nghtbrd to inform you about the complaint.
